Hey, I'm Makena!

 

I am a portrait photographer from the seacoast area of the beautiful state of New Hampshire, and I have always had a passion for photography. For as long as I can remember, I was always the one who took photos of everything and everyone. Now, I am putting that passion to work by providing people with the gift of photos that will last a lifetime.

You deserve to feel comfortable, confident, and fully yourself in front of the camera. You shouldn’t have to worry about what to do with your hands or whether you look natural (I've got that part). The experience should feel easy, supportive, and fun, not stiff or intimidating. You should walk away feeling seen, understood, and genuinely excited about what we created together. Photography isn’t just about how it looks in the end, but how it feels while it’s happening.
